Access to shared kitchen, living area, and patio. New Shared appliances and washer/dryer included in home. Electricity, Water, Sewer, Trash, Internet/Wi-Fi 400 Mbps included. You will have access to community pool.

Disclaimers: No pets, smokers, drug users, children or couples. No work from home jobs.

You will be responsible for the application/background process and fees along with approval. No felonies.

Townhome Details 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom This is a 1st floor and 2nd floor Townhome. Bedroom and bathroom located on 2nd floor. Half bathroom located on 1st floor.

Income: $1,600 Per Month Minimum Income

Last 60 days proof of income will be verified. Must be either bank statement of employment checks, direct deposits, and or disability/social security deposits for proof of income. Not accepting cash or screenshots as proof of income.

Security Deposit: $800 Security Deposit due before move in. (Refundable - Any damages deducted) $1,600 in total due to be paid prior to move in. (First month’s rent and security deposit)

I am 36 years old and regularly exercise as I was once a corporate fitness trainer and model for exercise equipment and clothing lines. I am quiet for the most part and I try to keep a clean house.
