We are looking for people to sublease a double for six months from July 1, 2024-December 31, 2024. This townhouse is a beautiful space that comes furnished. It is a five minute walk from the base of campus. It has four bedrooms total and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The amenities include: in-unit laundry machines, a dishwasher, wifi, heating, two car garage (and street parking), hammock, fireplace, and backyard space. The double that we are subleasing is the primary (master) bedroom. It has an on-suite bathroom with a separate room for the shower/toilet and a big walk-in closet. This room has very tall ceilings and is very spacious for two people. Utilities are not included.
There are two housemates who will remain in the house for the duration of the six month lease. We like to keep a friendly and fun house, however, keeping a clean space is a priority for us.
