Ellie's room

We are looking for people to sublease a double for six months from July 1, 2024-December 31, 2024. This townhouse is a beautiful space that comes furnished. It is a five minute walk from the base of campus. It has four bedrooms total and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The amenities include: in-unit laundry machines, a dishwasher, wifi, heating, two car garage (and street parking), hammock, fireplace, and backyard space. The double that we are subleasing has a cute loft that could be used to sleep, or bunkbeds could be used to utilize the loft space in another way. Utilities are not included.

There will be two housemates who will be living in the house for the duration of the six month lease. Overall, we like to keep a friendly and fun space, yet keeping the house clean is a priority for us.
