We share the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom with each own cabinet.

All current tenant are at the age of 22 to 45, all gender welcome. All are very respectful and keep thing to themselves.
As goes for the security of the house, all tenant at the house will have their own entry password to the house, 24/7. Private key to the your room.

All room are first come first serve.
Most tenant here are under the age of 27 and are in the field of professional pilot or aviation business. We all are responsible, respectful, and out going. However, other tenant are usually stick to themselves in their own room.
