The house is on a Cul de sec and located upper north of oildale in a very safe, clean, and quiet area.
We share the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom with each own cabinet.
The rent also include all utility and a high-speed internet. Spectrum.
All current tenant are at the age of 22 to 45, all gender welcome. All are very respectful and keep thing to themselves.
As goes for the security of the house, all tenant at the house will have their own entry password to the house, 24/7. Private key to the your room.

All the current tenant at the house are either full time student or full to part time worker and with the interest in aviation field. More then half of us are professional pilot with great responsibility and respect to other. There are female and male reside at the house.
