No stove but many small appliances: like toaster oven, electric kettle, blender, rice cooker, air fryer and more. Combo washer/dryer. Cute patio sitting area in front screened porch. Studio is part of main house by connecting door but no shared spaces and has its own entrance. Property has a small parking spot in front. Deposit amount negotiable.
Prefer a quiet, busy and responsible person who works outside the house. Would be 1 of 3 people at property, but guest suite is its own private area with a separate entrance. An elderly family member lives on other side of main 3 br, 2 ba house. The type of prior room renter we’ve had before: a downsizer going through a divorce, a professional working a temp job with long hours, just arrived in LA for a new job and taking time to find the perfect apartment before bringing all their stuff, etc. Students welcome.
