Tiny cozy guest room in family home in the great walkable Riverbend neighborhood. Wake up and jog or bike along the levee path. Shared kitchen and bath in 4br, 1ba home. You would be 1 of 3 people in the house. Family up front, guest area is in back. Typical not-fancy older house with claw foot shower/tub in bathroom. Not a shotgun. Guest area has separate microwave and mini fridge. Big kitchen has lots of appliances and cookware. Picnic table in back, along with sunny spot to grow container plants or just pick a bit of fresh mint and munch on it. Willing to negotiate re advance deposit.

I’m currently looking for 1 roommate, ideally for 2-6 months. I’m a goal oriented person who works from home, generally quiet yet busy at home and socializes outside the house. Prior roommates have been similar - traveling med professionals, interns or people newly moved to New Orleans who want to save money while finding the right place. Be comfortable with introverts and willing to help to keep shared kitchen and bath areas clean. No pets, no smokers or vapers.
