The basement apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom and your own living area. Private entry from your own small back patio or from garage. Access to adjacent laundry as well as the upstairs kitchen and shared living spaces.

My best friend and I just bought a house together because everything is so expensive lol. I’m a bartender and he is an Army Veteran. We are in our 30’s and just mostly work and chill. We like to have fun but nothing too crazy. I also have 2 boxer mixes, so hope you like dogs.
