Private room in a quiet house located minutes from I-75, 575 and KSU with neighborhood entrances off Wade Green and Bells Ferry. Shared bathroom with one male. Room can come furnished if needed. Access to all shared areas with full kitchen and laundry. Must be a dog lover.

I am male in my thirties. I work full time, exercise regularly, play sports and like to have a couple drinks on the weekends. I have two very friendly medium sized dogs. The other occupant is a long-time friend of mine who has rented from me for 5+ years. It is a chill house and we get along with anyone as long as we are all respectful of each other.
