About the room

Hey I have a house that has a spare bedroom, instead of rent, I have two small 8lb yorkiepoos. I travel 3/4 of the time and more in the summer. They are laid back and basically just need to know someone is in the house. Feed them (doesn’t have to set schedule) and let them out somewhat litter box trained. Crated when alone. They were use to my disabled mom who wasn’t active so very easy going. You would have to be clean, honest, responsible and respectful of the house as you would have it mostly to yourself.

One block north of LBJ and Holland campus bus stop. About 1 mile north of campus.

Furnished or unfurnished, the bed is a twin XL ( extra long ). The space easily can accommodate a full or queen bed.

About the roomies

Older male artist. Travels for work internationally so doesn’t have set schedule hours. Very clean in shared spaces.
