The House is located a block away from the Texas State bus stop. About a mile to the campus and a mile and a half to the square. Close to the nature preserve trails.

The bed is a full extra long. Eventually I’ll be upgrading the room with a wall mounted TV.

Your other two roommates are two small dogs. I am gone for weeks at a time and if interested in looking after the dogs I can reduce the rent. Otherwise there might be a dog sitter in the house as your other co inhabitant. When I am home I usually working on the house or yard or converting the garage in to an art/project space.
