I live in a 3-bedroom townhome style apartment in a duplex. Two rooms upstairs (shared bathroom) and one room downstairs which is my room. The landlord is allowing me to list out both rooms upstairs. Utilities and internet costs will be shared among occupants. Landord pays for water & trash. The complex offers access to a convenient washer-dryer unit for residents’ use. Parking is street parking, and I’ve personally never experienced struggling to look for parking even on street sweeping days.

I graduated from CSULB in 2022, and work full-time. I am a pretty clean roommate, and for the most part when I am not out I keep to myself. I do not smoke, however if you do that is fine with me 🙂
