Diane's room

I live in a 3-bedroom townhome style apartment in a duplex. Two rooms upstairs (shared bathroom) and one room downstairs which is my room. The landlord is allowing me to list out both rooms upstairs. Utilities and internet costs will be shared among occupants. The complex offers access to a convenient washer-dryer unit for residents’ use. Landord pays for water & trash. Parking is street parking, and I’ve personally never experienced struggling to look for parking even on street sweeping days.

The room in this listing is largest room in the house and has its own patio access. Lease is month to month so it’s perfect for students, or someone wanting to stay for a short term.

I graduated from CSULB in 2022, and work full-time. I am a pretty clean roommate, and for the most part when I am not out I keep to myself. I do not smoke, however if you do that is fine with me 🙂
