This is a large 6 bedroom house in a 4 yr new, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Neighbors are great and respectful, and there are 2 parks within the neighborhood with swings, play structure, basketball court, picnic tables, and grassy area. There are currently 4 other long term tenants in the house, with each being fully screened and background checked. Each room has a coded lock, the kitchen is large and stocked, and the living room is open for use. There is also a gym in the garage and the house has easy access to Lake Stevens, hiking in Granite Falls and the Mountain Loop Hwy, and downtown Everett.
