83rd Avenue Northeast

This is a large 6 bedroom house in a 3 yr new, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Neighbors are great and respectful, and there are 2 parks within the neighborhood with swings, play structure, basketball court, picnic tables, and grassy area. One room is rented to the owners nephew long term, and we typically rent 2 additional rooms to traveling nurses/professionals. The other 3 rooms are available for the owners every now and then, as they spend time in Port Angeles renovating a rental house, and in HI for work. Each room has a coded lock, the kitchen is large and stocked, and the living room is open for use. There is also a gym in the garage and the house has easy access to Lake Stevens, hiking in Granite Falls and the Mountain Loop Hwy, and downtown Everett.

We are a blended family of 7 with Hawaiian and Washington roots. We split our time recently between Marysville, Port Angeles, and HI tending to three different houses and trying to make it all work as we begin our real estate investing journey! We are rarely all at the house at once, with the owners back and forth from Port Angeles and HI. One room has been rented to the owners nephew for several years, and two other rooms will typically be rented as well.
