About the room
I want someone who will take care of the place and keep clean. This is a 1500 sq ft condo. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Looking for someone who is very responsible. You will pay $250 towards utilities. You will be mostly by yourself as I have accepted a job in Daytona and for the most part stay out there.
About the roomies
