Gayle's room

This single story, split floor plan, fully renovated home sits on a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood, two miles from both I-95 and SR 528. Ideally situated less than two miles from Publix and Aldis grocery stores, a WalMart, a Dollar Tree, a post office, and many other shops and restaurants, it offers very convenient shopping. A half hour drive gets you to the beach and Port Canaveral. The Orlando airport is only 35 minutes away and Orlando’s famous theme parks less than an hour away.

The room is 14’4“ by 10’4“ and is well furnished. It features tile floors with throw rugs, an unusually large closet, and a generous south-facing window. The large vanity (36 inches high for your comfort} in the bathroom features plenty of storage. Share the kitchen, living areas, including a large screened porch, the very private back yard and the in-ground pool. Some additional storage might be made available in the garage, which also houses the washer and dryer. Parking is available in the driveway.

The homeowner is an early retired, divorced gay male, who travels a fair amount and is the only other resident here. I have lived in ten states and traveled extensively. both domestically and internationally, so I am culturally aware and open-minded . As a result, I am a good conversationalist and I have a good appreciation of humor, as well. At the same time, I am respectful of the other person’s desire for privacy. My most recent housemate was here for two years and the one before him was with me for five plus years. so this lets you know that this is a very stable situation. I have remained friends with at least four former housemates here, all of whom have moved on to their own homes. I happily share an occasional meal and baked goods with my tenant

For a housemate, I seek a mature, full-time working male who is open-minded, relatively easy going, and who has a positive outlook on life. Ideally, the guy would want to stay here for a minimum of six months, but someone in transition could possibly work as well.
