Florida is my tenth state and I am well-traveled, both domestically and internationally, so appreciate and am open-minded to other cultures, lifestyles, etc. I’m a good conversationalist, with a good sense of humor, but am also respectful of other’s desire for privacy. I’m happy to share an occasional meal or baked goods with a tenant. I travel some, so appreciate having someone here to get in mail, water plants, alert me to problems / needs while I am away..
