There’s another girl roommate in the apartment, so we are hoping for a subleaser who is clean, considerate, friendly, and values good communication. No partying or smoking at home (occasional guests are fine upon agreement), preferably aged 25-35. Women (trans and queer inclusive) only. This is a LGBT-friendly space :)
