Furnished rooms have a high end luxury purple mattress, organic all season 100% genuine down comforter, high thread organic cotton sheets, mattress and pillow protective covering, organic bamboo pillows. Includes a magic chef large mini fridge, microwave and cabinet, as well as a dresser and 32“ samsung UHD TV.

All bathrooms are available to use so no problems needing to get ready for work or anything! All utilities included. Very easy and accommodating. Looking for clean and kind tenants.

Credit/Criminal/Sex offender background check for the safety of everyone (number 1 deciding factor is credit. I am doing my best to create an amazing place to stay, so if you can’t pay rent on time, please apply elsewhere). If you’re accepted here you’ll have a great time!

Common amenities include a Norwegian Coffee Maker (Mochamaster), Japanese rice cooker, American Water filter, all Whirlpool appliances… ect. I am continually trying to improve the property and will continue to make this place one of the best places in all of Delaware to stay!

Future updates include: Whole house reverse osmosis water filtration, ‘Passive House’ quality testing and energy efficacy, more soundproofing, additional parking, outdoor seating area, and open to suggestions :D)
