The house is located in a fantastic, safe neighborhood right next to a gorgeous historic church and a beautiful local park. If you love the outdoors, we are just a stone’s throw away from great walking and cycling trails, but still just minutes from downtown Wilmington, major highways, and great local dining.

The Home & Amenities: The house is set up for comfortable, modern living with major recent upgrades. As the owner, I live on-site in a completely separate, private rear unit, so you get the peace of mind of a highly responsive landlord without feeling crowded!

I am offering a unique opportunity for rent reduction/credits in exchange for your skills! What I’m Looking For:

-Clean, respectful, and responsible professionals or serious students.

-Someone who cleans up after themselves in the shared kitchen and living spaces.

-Must be able to pass a standard background/credit check and provide proof of income.

I am the owner of the property and I live on-site in a completely separate, private rear unit. I work as a software engineer and keep pretty busy! When I’m not working or doing projects around the house, I’m usually training for road cycling events, lifting weights, or unwinding with some PC and tabletop gaming. I respect everyone’s privacy and space, but I’m always right here if something needs to be fixed or addressed.

The main house is currently shared by a couple of other working professionals. It is a very low-key, low-drama environment. Everyone operates on their own schedules, respects the shared spaces, and keeps the kitchen and living room clean. We aren’t a “party house”—it’s much more of a quiet, peaceful place to come back to and relax after a long day.

We are looking for someone who fits that same vibe: clean, respectful of noise levels, and responsible!
