Patrick's room

Big house on Mission Street. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom next to it or only accessible from the room itself. The area available has its own private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared. The available area has its own entrance if desired, or you can enter/exit through the front door. Rent is $500 a month each. Electric and gas is split between three people. The lease terms would be one year. Current lease ends in March, we are looking for a new roommate for the following lease. Tenants are one M and one F young adults who keep much to themselves but are friendly. (furniture not included)
