Coral Shores Drive

I have a 2bd/2ba apartment in Arelia off of Gate Parkway close to the town center. It is on Gate between JTB and 295 so it’s a really great location. My apartment setup is perfect for a roommate situation. The pics of the room and bathroom still has my current roommates decorations, but the bed, dresser and nightstand will stay. The bedroom has a large walk in closet and has direct access to your bathroom. My bedroom and bathroom are on the other side of the apartment. It’s a first floor apartment. It’s a great community.. the staff and maintenance are both amazing! They have an amazing gym, yoga room, pool, pool table, etc. The room will be available March 1st. I would like to have at least a 6 month commitment if possible and as long as everything goes well!

I am a responsible, respectful, clean 40 yr old single female. I am really laid back and somewhat of a home body.. but I stay in my room for the most part. I do have a 5 yr old French bulldog who is my baby.. she gets a really excited when meeting new people but will calm down once she’s used to you. She is a sweetheart and stays in my room with me for the most part. I work Monday-Friday from 8-5. I am a clean person and would like you to be as well! I don’t drink or party.. those days are behind me lol. I am an easy going person and am easy to get along with, which I would like my roommate to be the same! I don’t stay up late or make a lot of noise. I also have a garage directly across from the apartment in case you may have some boxes or what not that you need to store. I would prefer to have a female roommate around my age if possible.

I would prefer a female around my age who can effectively communicate. I don’t want drama.. if something is bothering you, please come talk to me so we can work it out. Someone who is mature and handles situations like a mature adult. I want good vibes, no negative people please.
