About the room

2200 sq ft 4 bedroom home. Two full baths. You would be sharing an adjoining full bath with 1 other roommate. It’s a really cool room on the back of the house with a ton of Windows overlooking the backyard, built-in drawers and a closet. Currently furnished with a bed and futon but those can be removed if unwanted. Prefer to do weekly at $175 a week. No pets, no couples, no children. Male preferred and no deposit for military or first responders.

About the roomies

I am the homeowner and I am frequently gone traveling. The other two roommates are very busy so they’re either gone or keeping to themselves in their rooms. They both work second or third shift so it’s a very quiet house during the day while they sleep, and typically they’re gone at night.
