A couple of miles to casino, less than a mile to the shipyard, 10 minutes to downtown norfolk, 15 minutes to ODU, 20 minutes to Virginia beach. One bedroom in a four bedroom house, currently two other occupants. Would be one more occupant at the very most. Two full baths so this room shares bath with only 1 other person. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Also can do weekly for 225 a week with a $100 deposit pd weekly for 5 weeks (500 total)

About the roomies

I am the homeowner and I am a real estate broker licensed in Virginia and North carolina. I work from home a lot of days and gone most weekends. The other roommate goes to school during the day and works at night. It is a quiet house. I do have a cat that stays in my room. No smoking or vaping of any kind. If you’re consuming alcohol be discreet. Not a party house.
