Daniel's room

Hi. I have available a private bedroom, private bath and an additional room setup as a living room. All furnished on the second floor of townhome. Location is on the Southside - 5 minutes from the Avenues Mall. Beautiful complex.

I am a recently widowed 68 yr. old white male. I work full time from home and keep to myself. I am a smoker however never on the second floor where the rental rooms are located and mostly on the patio facing a lovely pond. To be honest my photo displayed was taken about 15 years ago but not to worry - just normal aging today :)
