Agrees to help maintain a CLEAN home. You’ll have your own bathroom/ room but let’s keep the common area clean. I enjoy having company over and want it to be friendly and inviting!

I’ll already be moving in on Feb 1. I’ll be bringing my washer and dryer which you’re free to use as much as you want. My dog, Banjo, will also be your roommate! He’s a chill dog and it’s important you like dogs and are ok sharing the home with him. He will have access to the common area and my room/deck pretty much 24/7. I shave and keep him clean so dog hair will be minimal.

I’m open to the idea of having another dog in the house. No male dogs unless under 30lbs. We’ll split costs 50 50. Any thing in common area can be used. Food is separate. Hire cleaning service once a month(split cost). The common area will be pretty bare but I have some furniture I’ll bring. I’m open to moving stuff around to maximize the area.

A little about me: Work in tech 30 y/o Single lifestyle Dog dad Gamer I work 2 miles away from here WFH sometimes I enjoy being social and going out/ inviting friends over. This area is fantastic for its nightlife and food options. I will definitely be taking advantage of that! I also enjoy my sleep before a full day of work!
