INDIVIDUAL ROOM (with HALF OFF first month’s rent!) available for rent in Arvada! $800 + $75/month for utilities and it’s available asap :) This room is ~240 sq. ft. which is the perfect size for any work-from-home peeps. The house is fully furnished in the common areas and each bedroom is unfurnished. There’s a ton of street parking, a full in-unit laundry area, two large living rooms, a large backyard and covered patio plus a large shed in the backyard for additional storage.

This beautiful suburb in the Denver metro is ~7 minutes away from Old Town Arvada which features hip bars, restaurants and shopping! Arvada is also directly west of Denver so if you enjoy being in the mountains this is a prime location!
