Amazing loft runs the entire length of house, like living in a tree house! New carpet and paint. Tenant must be able to easily climb sturdy wooden built in eight step ladder into loft. Loft is 5’ at highest point. Shared bathroom, full use of kitchen, including small fridge, brand new retro style microwave and toaster. All dishes, utensils, dry goods, ecos detergent provided. Space is only appropriate for one single person, sorry, no couples, children, pets. Searching for someone who is employed outside the home full time, (as am I), sorry, no remote, work from home, part-time, retired. House is on cul-de-sac, quiet family neighborhood, please no smokers, drugs, alcoholics. Also, home is a small, tidy space, while there is ample room for your clothing and a few possessions, there is absolutely zero storage space for bins, boxes, and random items. Belongings may not be stored in our carport or stacked downstairs or outside around premises. I keep all common areas very clean, but do not want to do others dishes or pick up after them. When I am home I am usually in my area asleep or looking at my phone, (headphones.) I do not watch TV or play music while roommates are home. I totally understand that you want to have peace, quiet, and privacy. I treat this space as a sanctuary, a welcome relief from my boisterous work environment, hoping to find someone who feels the same way. Please note, this listing is in Topanga Canyon, a car is an absolute must! There are ten cement steps leading up to front door. (There is a very sturdy handrail.) This house is typical old Topanga, it is built up against the side of a hill, driveway is very short and steep with old, chipped asphalt. Space is suited for someone who is fit in mind, body and spirit. Much care has been put into this home, it is ideal for someone who is traveling light and needs a safe, serene space to come home to.

I have a tiny, ten year old, twelve pound dog, super friendly, (not a yapper), and one elderly cat, (about thirteen years old). They are both usually asleep in their respective beds or next to me in my chair. I work long hours on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. When home I am usually asleep or looking at my phone (headphones.) I am very clean and respectful of your space and privacy.
