This is a 10x13 bedroom in the basement sharing a bathroom with a man. Some of the bathroom has been remodeled. The bedroom has new carpet. This can be furnished or unfurnished. This is for one person only. I am looking for someone who is responsible, honest, and pleasant to be around. I also need someone who doesn’t mind occasionally carrying boxes up and down the stairs for me. Non-smoker. No marijuana.
$700/month. The rent includes utilities, wireless internet, and use of the kitchen and laundry room.

Whoever rents this room must be able to occasionally carry boxes up and down the stairs for me.
We have high moral values and this is a quiet, safe, peaceful place to live. No overnight guests allowed unless they are family members.
Altogether, 4 people live in the house. It is a large house so we don’t feel crowded. There are currently 3 senior citizens (2 men and a lady) and a 30 year old man living here. We are all quiet and peaceful.
