Renter gets use of the kitchen and laundry room which are both on the main floor.
The kitchen has filtered water and an instant hot water spigot.
This is for one person only. I am looking for someone who is responsible, honest, and pleasant to be around. Non-smoker. No marijuana.
$900/month. Available May 25.
