Jorge's room

There are two rooms available. One with its own front entrance for $650 (15ft by 10ft & the closet is 9 1/2ft by 2 1/2ft) and one without for $600 (12ft by 12ft & the closet is 9 1/2ft by 2 1/2ft). They both have locks on the doors and new carpet. The front door has keyless entry. Although they’re unfurnished, I can furnish them if you plan to stay for a few months. The wifi is gigabyte extra so you don’t have to worry about slow speeds, washer and dryer are new, and so is the fridge. This house is right next to the Black Rascal Creek trail if you like running, walking, or biking. It’s also within walking distance or a short drive from Merced College. There’s also a 3 car garage with plenty of room for storing anything along with another shed in the backyard.

I own and live in the house along with 2 other roommates. We’re all males 22 -23 years old and go to Merced College/ UC Merced. We all have pretty active life styles and like hiking, working out, or just going out with friends.
I also have two dogs (Sara a 10 year old German Shepherd and Hercules 11 year old Bully-Pit). They stay on the other side of the house in the second backyard with me and don’t go inside the house. There’s a fence separating the two backyards.
