*Good news! After some pleading, the property owners will allow us to have pets!! The compromise is a $500 non refundable deposit, and then $50 extra a month for each pet. But I get it at least I can bring my babies home now!

This is the carpeted, furnished bedroom in a 3/1 house with a big yard and garage. Home is near Beach Blvd between Kernan and FSCJ. I’m currently using the garage and will be changing the layout several times over the year. If you would rather park your car in the garage and get a remote I can do that for an additional $50 monthly. Your rent includes the room, furniture in the room (xl twin x 2 trundle bed, premium covered mattresses, mirror), all utilities (water, electric- central heat/AC, trash, pest control, yard maintenance, Smart Home Services, digital home lock, exterior security cameras, room door key), AT&T Fiber High Speed 1GIG Internet, WI-FI, and washer and dryer.

The young lady who had this room left us a great Haverty’s xl twin trundle bed, with an additional pull out xl twin bed. Tons of pillows and nice blankets made this the best room. Like a king bed fort! And you can hide away half. USA state ID or DL required

We are temporarily moving to a new city and still have a full year lease here. We will sign again next 2 years (2025-2027). We originally got this place to make it a big studio for media and business stuff and will be be getting back to that now that the kids are up north. Redd will be staying there some nights and will be keeping the place together. There is a tall freezer and another extra refrigerator in the garage. Females only.

After a small test of performance (30 days), small stuff at home, if you choose, you can assist me and pay about half $400 (part time) or $0 (full time) and bonus for private driver. You may find other rooms by us around Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach and Nocatee when they become available.

A new roommate has joined! Very chill. Works a lot. Doesn’t bother anyone. Incredibly sweet, keeps to herself. Looking to stay very long term. One more month-to-month spot is available for summer 2024! Gonna be a crazy summer! Let’s be ready!
