About the room
This bedroom is the only one downstairs and is also the largest in the home. All utilities are included in the price. The room will not be furnished, but for size reference the bed in the picture is a Queen. Washer and Dryer available to use. My home has 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The house is on almost an acre of land. A portion of the yard is fenced. There is plenty of parking space. The home has a pretty spacious living room. There is a medium sized eat in kitchen. I am looking for a female roommate, NO MALES. FYI I do not live in the home, I live out of state due to my military duties.
About the roomies
At this current moment there are 3 adult females living in the home. One of the roomies is in the Army, one works at a vets office. They all work during the day. We are all pretty laid back and enjoy socializing but also time to ourselves. There is also a 5 month old teacup female Yorkie.
