My home has 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The house is on almost an acre of land. A portion of the yard is fenced. There is plenty of parking space. The home has a pretty spacious living room. There is a medium sized eat in kitchen. There is one bedroom downstairs and the others are on the second floor. All utilities are included in the price. The room will not be furnished, but for size reference the bed in the picture is a King. Washer and Dryer available to use. I am looking for a female roommate, NO MALES.
At this current moment there are 3 adult females living in the home. One of the roomies is in the Army, one works at a vets office and one is a nurse. They all work during the day. We are all pretty laid back and enjoy socializing but also time to ourselves.
