The home is 1055 sq ft. The private (unfurnished) room is 155 sq ft room (not including the closet). The bathroom is shared. Free use of washer and dryer in unit. I don’t drive/park but street parking is available. The unit is split into 2 floors with stairs, the upstairs is carpeted except the bathroom and downstairs has tile or vinyl flooring. There is no yard but a small garden bed available. Central heating/evaporative cooler. I recommend installing your own window A/C for the bedroom during summer months, as the window faces west.
Water is included. Gas, electric and wifi are split, which in total, averages around $90/month per person. $40 application fee (credit, background, history check) with prop mgmt co required.
Household items would be split, such as toilet paper, replacement lightbulbs, kitchen trash bags, etc.
I am private, respectful, and vegan 31 y/o female. I drink very rarely and do not smoke or do drugs. I wake up early for work, so I don’t enjoy loud noise/music late at night. I enjoy crafting and reading in my free time. Working full time; hybrid in office/at home. I don’t often have guests. I do not use strong fragrances for the home (e.g. candles, sprays, plug ins, etc) due to migraine sensitivity and ask they are not used in the home but personal products are fine.
I have 1 dog and 1 cat; no more pets can be accommodated. My dogcan take time to warm up to new people, a 30 lbs mix (possibly Shiba Inu), well-behaved, and crated at night. My cat gets along with humans but not other animals.
My current roommate is moving out in April. I am looking for someone to, at least, continue the lease through the end of July 2026. I am willing discuss the option for another year lease, if interested. The shared spaces are well furnished and open for use with care.
