The home is 1055 sq ft. The private (unfurnished) room is 155 sq ft room (not including the closet). The bathroom is shared. Laundry in unit. I don’t drive/park but street parking is available. The unit is split into 2 floors with stairs. There is no yard but a small garden bed available. Water included. Gas, electric and wifi split. $40 application fee (credit, background, history check) with prop mgmt co required.

I am quiet, neat, respectful, and vegan 29 y/o female, who tends to keep to myself. I drink occasionally and do not smoke or do drugs. I wake up early for work, so I don’t enjoy loud noise/music late at night. I enjoy crafting and reading in my free time. Working full time; hybrid in office/at home. I don’t often have guests. I do not use synthetic fragrances for the home (e.g. candles, sprays, plug ins, etc) due to respiratory sensitivity and ask they are not used in the home but personal products are acceptable.

I have 1 dog and 1 cat; no more pets welcome. My dog is occasionally wary of men and small children, a 30 lbs mix (possibly Shiba Inu), well-behaved, and crated at night. My cat gets along with humans but not other animals.

My previous roommate has recently moved out. I am looking for someone to, at least, continue the lease through the end of June. I lived alone for 2 years before my recent roommate, and the shared spaces are well furnished and open for use with care.
