I have lived in my current space since 2021 and my landlord isn’t offering a renewal after July.

I have one 30 lbs mixed breed (possible shiba inu) dog. She’s very well behaved, crate trained, but can take time to warm up to people. She loves other dogs, but can be nervous around large dogs at first. She is low/medium energy.

I also have a 10 year old cat. He is fine with dogs if he is left alone and has his own space. He hasn’t done well with other cats.

I work full time M-F in project admin. I like to read and knit in my free time. I’m quiet and appreciate clear rules and expectations. If I have any concerns or questions, I am fine with initiating conversation. I eat a plant based diet, but I’m not bothered by people who eat meat.

I have a sensitivity to strong home fragrance. Plug ins, regular use of sprays and candles can trigger migraines. I prefer to use air purifiers.

I don’t smoke/vape any substance or do drugs and I rarely drink.

I would prefer to start with a 6 month range, but would prefer to to stay longer if things work out.
