About the room
Master bedroom for rent to one person, in a clean two story home. Near Camp Pendleton Military Base. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Please, NO drugs (not even prescribed pot). NO couples/children/pets/smoking/vape. Park right in front of the house. Cul de sac. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom with new laminate flooring. Ceiling fan with remote control, two closets, double sink, and bathtub. It is furnished with a CA king size bed, a TV, a dresser, two night tables, a sofa, and a desk. The utilities are included in the rent as well as the use of washer and dryer. The monthly rent is $1.400.00 including bills. Use of heathers and A/C units are charged extra, but only if you use them. Deposit is $1,400.00 and it is returnable at move out.
About the roomies
We are all friendly people. Busy working and enjoying life. Three adults living in the house right now, including me. We do not: drink/smoke/vape/take drugs.
