If you work/study from home, price goes up $100.00 Located in a nice neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac. No street sweeping. Parking spot right by the house. Everything is close by: restaurants, stores, gyms (24 hrs. fitness, Fitness 19, and planet fitness), Walmart, and Target. Beaches 10 min from home, A very nice park and a bike path that goes all the way to harbor is within a walking distance from home. 15 min. to Camp Pendleton.

I have two wonderful roommates who work full time, outside of the house. I am looking for one more, with similar lyfestyle. Male preferably since the bathroom is shared with a male roommate. (Only one).The three of us are professional polite, and respectful people who do not smoke, don’t vape, and don’t use any kind of drugs. We enjoy short conversations with each other, but most of the time we keep to ourselves. House is clean, and quiet. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.
