4 bedroom, 2 bath house newly remodled. The master bedroom is available. It has its own full bath. You can rent month to month. Long term stay is more desired. Wifi, Netflix and Disney plus are included. I pay for the gardener service. I have left a lot of the living room furniture (tables, lamps, pictures, chairs, etc.) The house comes with a 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and a washer and dryer. All utilities will need to be divided by the whole house. Utilities would be around $100 to $150 per person each month depending on how many people live in the house and how much you run the air conditioner or heater. The house is month to month rent, but I am trying to find someone that wants to stay long term.
The other renters are 2 ladies in there 70s that are retired. The other roomie is a women in her late 20s. She works all the time and sleeps. There are already 3 cats in the house. No more pets are aloud at this time. The house is a shared living space, so everyone needs to keep all areas of the house clean. You need to be respectful of each person and their stuff. If you can’t get a long with everyone in the house then you have to move out. This house is a drug free, addiction free, problem free house. Disrespect will not be tolerated.
