Looking for someone to sublease our roommates room until the end of July with the possibility to extend for a year lease following this.

3 bedroom house with a big kitchen, dining and living space. You have your own large bedroom with two closets. The house has central air conditioning and heating. Includes washer, drier and dishwasher.

The 3 of us are all CMU students in Masters or other doctorate programs. We are all respectful and take care of our shared spaces. We are looking primarily for another student as this is a full student house, but will be accommodating to others 😊
