Hello there I have a cozy, cool, private room to rent that is in my garage divided off from two other rooms in my garage. The place includes a twin raised air mattress, heated blanket, three fans , AC, plastic dresser, heater, small night stand and one chair. Included in rent is WiFi, utilities, parking space, shared bathroom, hot tub, access to laundry, putt putt golf area and trampoline. Room is near two convenient bus stops 5 mins away. Several fast food locations and grocery store minutes away. If you sign your renter agreement by Nov 23rd you’ll get a free bottle of wine or case of beer or your chose of soda will be included in with the room. Also those that commit to two months or more of rent will get $50 off first months rent. Also included at this House we do barbecues or a bonfire every month as well as we have a raffle every month where prizes can be won
There are other friendly renters from roomies and a nice dog 🐶 Rocco. This is all male house. Very friendly place.
