Hello there, I have a cozy, private room to rent that is in my living room divided off from another room. The place includes a twin raised folding bed, heated blanket, one fan, AC, small night stand and one chair. Included in rent is WiFi, utilities, parking space, shared bathroom, access to laundry, putt putt golf area and a trampoline. If you sign your renter agreement by May 1st you’ll get a free bottle of wine or case of beer. Or case of your choice you of soda that will be included in with the room. Also those that commit to two months or more of rent will get $50 off first months rent.

This property has other tenants on it. I also have dog but he is very friendly but not always there.
