4 bedroom 2 bath home located in beautiful neighborhood in Menifee. In between exits Scott rd and Newport Rd. 1 mile away from exit, close to college and shopping centers. Neighborhood is extremely quiet, house is in a cul-de-sac. Room size (10x11) and fully furnished. Furnished with queen size bed- frame , mattress , night stand, and tv. Restroom would be shared with one other person who rents a room. Access to washer and dryer, full kitchen privilege’s, separate fridge in garage (near rooms), bathroom is located right outside the bedroom, street parking in front of the house, wifi, and all utilities included. No overnight guests prior to approval , no smoking or drugs, and absolutely no pets.

I’m a professional working woman who takes care of her home with pride. I work quite a bit of hours, when I’m not I love to live an active lifestyle, cook, bake, read, occasionally have a drink while reading. My home is often quiet and peaceful. There are no other roomies. I’m looking to rent to someone working full time out of the house or going to school full time.
