Entire upstairs is a private room. Includes bathroom and walk in closet. The upstairs room is approx. 900 square foot room. The space could be converted into a studio if you wanted! Kitchen and washer and dryer are open access. Parking out front of home. All utilities included.

Hi there! My name is Lindsey! This is an all girl house hold. My wife and I work full-time. We are renting the upstairs space because we don’t use it! Our entire living space is downstairs so we only use the downstairs. The upstairs is completely private. We mind our own business and work ALOT. If we aren’t working we’re traveling or out of town. We have 2 french bulldogs, Frankie and Camille. We are only accepting a female roommate, professional or student. We look forward to meeting!!
