Welcome to beautiful Winston Park! Where shopping at Target and Publix is just a 5 minute walk from this wonderfully located house in a peaceful and charming neighborhood. This room is located in the shared west wing of the house, It is furnished with 2 comfy twin size beds put together (bought in 2023) dresser, bed frame, lamp, and ample space even with a desk for study.
About the roomies
We have a good mix of other female renters. Some that work all week and others that are students at ST. Pete USF. Everyone works together to keep the house common areas clean (kitchen/living/dinning room).
