Welcome to the beautiful and spatious home nestled in the beginning of the Oak Mont community. The house provides a big backyard and deck area for relaxing vibes. If you like a cosy atmosphere this pre-furnished primary room that is all tile and includes a private bathroom means you’re in luck. The size of the room is 16 feet by 14 feet (much larger than the average primary room) it has its own walk-in closet and large private bathroom. Furnishings include: King size frame and mattress, mounted TV over electric fireplace, if you need a dresser we can get that provide. The kitchen has access to all appliances and cutlery and dishes/drinkware for hosting. The house itself is located at the heart of Bradenton with easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and more. This room will also come with the use of the garage for storage and also for putting your vehicle in at night, you’ll get a FOB for opening and closing the garage. (not many places can offer that). There are two professional career gentlemen living on the south wing (shared bathroom side) of the house with one room cat (stays in the room/ also hairless and hypoallergenic). There is an additional office room available in the middle of the house for those that work online or would like to have another private space to relax.
