I have a nice 3BR home located 1.5 miles from Rivercity Marketplace.
I’m renting out one of the spare bedrooms. It is furnished with bed, TV with Netflix and Prime. Internet is included in the rent. You will have your own private bath, there is another spare room with exercise equipment that can be used as an office or storage room if needed. No pets please. Small caged animals are fine. Outside the home employment only. Retirees are welcome if you have some type of employment.
No couples please. Rent is 700 month with $350 security deposit. Utilities are included in monthly rent. Room available next month. House located
About the roomies
There are no other renters that will be in the home. Myself only. I’m retired and will be home during the day other than medical appointments thats why you should be employed outside the home😁
