The room is the primary with a walk-in closet and an ensuite private bathroom. Laundry is on site but hardly anyone uses it so you will most likely never have to wait.

About me: I’m a professional film composer that works in a studio full time but I do have my home studio in the dining room and work there as needed. I’m very respectful and conscientious of noise so I work mostly on headphones. I’m also clean and respect shared living space. Even though this is my condo, I will give always you the same courtesy that I expect. I do cook but it’s hardly ever a huge production - I kinda just like to get the job done! I’m a pretty chill person overall. It’s important to note that I’m a Christian and my faith is an important part of my life.

What I’m looking for: A woman who is also conscientious and respectful of shared living space, which includes being clean. You don’t need to be perfect and of course sometimes we leave things out, but just a general respect is needed. Just think of me (and I will think of you!).
