The home is located just minutes from 1-25 and right by the Community Center, Library, beautiful parks and trails, and Old Town on Briggs.
We have AC, central heating, parking, laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and a furnished dining and living room.
I am a private special education teacher and am looking for a non-smoking, professional female with no pets to join me in my home.
Rent is $1600 a month with internet included. The other utilities will be shared by the three housemates. ($1,000 Security Deposit)

I generally like to keep a clean and tidy house. I occasionally enjoy hosting small dinner parties or movie nights but can be flexible depending on your schedule and preferences.
